Blend all the ingredients except the Ice. Add the ice and blend until you get the desired consistency.

Slice the carrots and add them to a blender along with the fresh or frozen pineapple and mango pieces. Once pureed, add water or ice to get the desired consistency. This makes about 2 servings.
In you are not using a high-speed blender, puree the sliced carrots with some water before adding the fruits.
4. Cucumber Apple Smoothie
This smoothie has a refreshing clean taste and is full of fiber. Cucumbers are high in water content as well as fiber. The apples are high in fiber. Both, apples and lemons are full of vitamin C. ◈ 4-5 kale leaves
◈ Juice of 1 large lemon

Puree the cucumber, apples, and kale. Add the lemon juice and water or ice.
This makes about 4 cups or 2 servings. Cucumbers tend to be bitter, so use seedless or baby cucumbers to avoid this. Remove the kale leaves from the stems and chop them before pureeing. This will give you a smoother blend.
5. Coffee and Coconut Smoothie
If you love to start your day with coffee, this smoothie is perfect for you. It is naturally dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan. Drinking coffee protects you against type 2 diabetes and promotes heart health. Bananas are full of potassium, and coconut milk is rich in vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and minerals including iron.
◈ 2 bananas
◈ 1/2 cup brewed coffee
◈ 1/4 cup coconut milk
◈ 2-3 tablespoons coconut flakes
Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Garnish with flaked coconut. You can also add a swirl of chocolate syrup if desired.
